DELIVERY

All domestic orders will take approximately 6 days for delivery from the date payment confirmation is received.

International orders take approximately 2 weeks for dispatch from the date payment confirmation is received.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guideline only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Product shown on website are for illustration purpose only, actual product may vary from the illustration.

Please do not accept any product if the packaging seal is broken/tampered. Returns of products wherein customer has accepted the products in tampered packaging will not be entertained.

No returns until visible manufacturing defects found in product received by consumer. Return of such product acceptable upon receiving of defective products picture by our customer care.

INSURANCE

A3A Fashions Lifestyles insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Once the items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

For Customers in India, prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers, most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means prices are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. Payment of the above at the time of delivery is necessary in order to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We are unable to accept returns on any products with the exception of damaged product. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product. You must email us at care@a3afashions.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Upon authorization of the return, a refund of the purchase amount will be processed in the form of a credit to your Credit Card / Debit Card Account within 7 business days. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date it was delivered to the shipping address. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. All returns are subject to verification by our Quality Control team.

We can exchange any product for store credit. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 7 days from the date it was delivered to the shipping address. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you and have all tags attached. Shipping charges will be absorbed by the customer.

 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Once an order is placed it can not be cancelled.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

All orders require a signature upon receipt.
